A label comparison, not a diagnosis

Please keep these points in mind before you act on any result.

Petsonal compares the allergens you enter with the ingredients listed on dog food and treat labels and shows where they overlap. It is an information service, not veterinary diagnosis or treatment.

Blood, saliva, and hair tests for food allergies are not considered reliable enough to diagnose on their own; the most trusted method is an elimination diet trial guided by your veterinarian.

Labels can leave out ingredients, and formulas can change without notice. "No flagged ingredients" reflects the label only — it is not a guarantee your dog won't react.

Talk to your vet before changing your dog's diet, and contact a veterinarian right away if your dog shows symptoms.
